A private window into my own health data

Years of my own health records in one place I can actually ask questions of. Private, personal, and not a medical product.

The problem

My health history lives in a dozen places — a PDF here, an app there, a lab result in an email from two years ago. None of it talks to any of the rest, so any question that spans more than one source is a small afternoon of work.

What I am making

A private explorer that pulls my own records into one consistent shape and lets me ask plain-language questions across them. It runs for me, on my own data, and it is not published or hosted anywhere public.

Where it is now

Still early. I can already ask things that used to mean opening four apps and squinting at dates. It is a personal reference tool — it does not diagnose anything and it does not give advice.

What I have learned so far

That the hard part was never the AI. It was that the same information arrives in twelve incompatible shapes. Most of the work so far has been quiet, unglamorous tidying.
